Tally Startup Challenge – Celebrating Innovation in India’s Business Landscape
Tally Solutions, a provider of business management software, recently revealed the winners of the first edition of the Tally Startup Challenge. This announcement was made during a leadership gathering in New Delhi, in collaboration with Startup India and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
Initiated under the Bharat Startup Grand Challenge, the Tally Startup Challenge aimed to inspire startups to create technology solutions that address the business challenges faced by Indian enterprises. The inaugural event attracted nearly 100 applications from startups nationwide.
Following a thorough multi-stage evaluation conducted by Tally’s engineering leadership and an expert jury panel, six startups were selected as finalists.
At the event, Resonating Mindz, established by Avinash Manerahimatpurkar, emerged as the winner, while Digital Gemba, founded by Shashidhar Ranganath, was named the runner-up. Both startups received accolades for their innovative solutions that tackle operational challenges encountered by businesses.
The gathering also provided an opportunity for startup founders, investors, policymakers, ecosystem enablers, and industry leaders to engage in discussions regarding innovation, governance, trust, and sustainable business growth.
Through initiatives like these, Tally Solutions and DPIIT are committed to enhancing collaboration within India’s startup ecosystem and fostering the development of solutions to address various business and economic challenges.
