Scooby’s Club: Premium Dog Care Solutions
Scooby’s Club, a standout name in premium dog care, has successfully raised $250K in a pre-seed funding round led by TDV Partners. This Bengaluru-based startup plans to utilise the investment to broaden its services to two additional locations in Bengaluru within the next 6-12 months, while also hiring and training canine coaches to ensure an expert-led experience.
About Scooby’s Club
Founded in 2025 by Animeha Singh and Ankit Guota, Scooby’s Club is reimagining pet care by offering professionally managed neighbourhood daycare and overnight boarding services tailored for dogs. The startup emphasizes high-quality short-term and overnight care specifically designed for working professionals and contemporary pet owners.
Innovative Care Model
The company’s approach integrates canine behavioural principles with specially designed indoor environments located within residential areas. Each dog experiences temperament testing and is assigned to groups based on size, which promotes safer and less stressful social interactions.
Advanced Facilities and Services
Scooby’s Club features fully indoor, climate-controlled areas that utilise sound, scent, and colour for mental enrichment. The startup also prioritises allergen-sensitive care, offering personalised attention and 24×7 CCTV for pet parents to monitor their dogs’ activities.
Ambitious Expansion Plans
The goal of Scooby’s Club is to create a network of 100 properties in major Indian cities, capitalising on its neighbourhood-focused model to provide pet care closer to where pet owners reside.
Market Overview
India’s pet care market is valued at Rs 6,000 crore and is expanding at an impressive rate of approximately 20% CAGR. Meanwhile, pet ownership is increasing by roughly 5% year-on-year, according to market research referenced by the company. The organised pet care sector has also drawn considerable investor interest. Vetic raised $40 million in June to enhance its clinic network, while Supertails secured $30 million in February 2026 for scaling veterinary clinics, at-home care, and rapid delivery services. Additionally, Moe Puppy, a premium D2C pet care brand, raised Rs 2 crore in pre-seed funding back in March.
