Tessolve Semiconductor Secures $75 Million Funding for Growth
Tessolve Semiconductor, part of the Hero Electronix group, has successfully raised $75 million in a funding round led by the US-based strategic investment firm, Vector Line Capital. The funds will be utilised to drive growth, engage in strategic acquisitions that will enhance its existing capabilities, broaden its service offerings, and fortify its global reach, as stated in a recent press release.
Tessolve’s Background and Expertise
Founded by Srini Chinamilli, Tessolve is a semiconductor engineering firm that provides comprehensive solutions in chip architecture, design, validation, testing, and embedded systems. The company boasts a team of over 3,500 engineers operating across 10 countries, with nine laboratories worldwide. It collaborates with prominent foundries, intellectual property (IP) providers, electronic design automation (EDA) firms, and test equipment manufacturers.

Tessolve serves a diverse clientele that includes semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, chip startups, and system houses, working across sectors such as artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), automotive, data centres, and industrial applications. The firm provides end-to-end semiconductor design solutions, specialising in AI, HPC, as well as analog and mixed-signal chip technologies.
The company collaborates with leading hyperscalers and partners with 18 of the top 20 semiconductor companies globally. Additionally, Tessolve is in advanced discussions to finalise multiple acquisitions in the upcoming quarters, aiming to further expand its footprint in the industry.
