Tracxn Q1 FY27 Results

Tracxn, the data intelligence platform, released its financial results for Q1 FY27 on Wednesday. The company, based in Bengaluru, experienced stagnant revenue during the quarter while reporting a shift into losses.

Quarterly Revenue Details

In Q1 FY27, Tracxn’s operating revenue decreased by 0.6% to Rs 21.08 crore, down from Rs 21.20 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q1 FY26). This information was extracted from the company’s financial statements available on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The entirety of Tracxn’s operational revenue stems from subscription sales that give users access to its data and software solutions. Nonetheless, the company did not provide a detailed breakdown of revenue for this quarter.

Total Revenue and Expenses

Additionally, Tracxn generated Rs 1.52 crore from non-operating activities, bringing its total revenue for the first quarter of FY27 to Rs 22.60 crore. Employee benefit costs were the predominant expense, rising by 16% to Rs 21.98 crore, which accounted for 86.64% of the total costs for the quarter. Overall, the company’s expenses increased by 18.4% to Rs 25.37 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 21.43 crore in Q1 FY26.

Financial Performance

Owing to the significant rise in expenses, Tracxn reported a loss of Rs 3.01 crore in Q1 FY27, in contrast to a profit of Rs 1.12 crore in the corresponding quarter from the previous year. Comparing quarter-on-quarter, Tracxn noted a slight growth of 2.9% in operating revenue to Rs 21.08 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 20.49 crore in Q4 FY26. However, its losses expanded by 14.4% to Rs 3.01 crore during this period, up from Rs 2.63 crore in the prior quarter.

Market Performance

At the end of trading on Monday, Tracxn’s shares closed at Rs 30.62, resulting in a market capitalisation of around Rs 319 crore.
