Unicommerce Reports Growth in Revenue and Profit for Q1 FY27
E-commerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce has maintained its growth momentum in the latest quarter. The company has recorded a 14.3% increase in revenue compared to the previous year, alongside a notable 20.3% surge in profit for Q1 FY27. According to the financial statement released, the company’s revenue from operations climbed to Rs 51.37 crore in Q1 FY27, up from Rs 44.93 crore in Q1 FY26, as per data sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
In addition to operational revenue, Unicommerce also generated Rs 1.42 crore from other income sources. This brought its total income to Rs 52.79 crore for Q1 FY27, a significant rise from Rs 45.76 crore in the previous year.
Expenses Overview
On the expenses front, employee benefit costs emerged as the largest expenditure for the company, which saw an increase of 41.6% to Rs 20.61 crore from Rs 14.56 crore. Server hosting costs also rose significantly, increasing by 43.5% to Rs 1.78 crore. Other expenses, including finance costs and depreciation, drove Unicommerce’s total expenses up to Rs 48.22 crore, compared to Rs 40.60 crore in the prior year.
Profit Analysis
At the conclusion of the quarter, the Gurugram-based firm reported a profit of Rs 4.68 crore for Q1 FY27, marking a 20.3% increase from Rs 3.89 crore recorded in Q1 FY26. On a quarter-to-quarter basis, operational revenue fell slightly by 0.5% to Rs 51.37 crore in Q1 FY27, down from Rs 51.62 crore in Q4 FY26. However, profit showed a notable quarterly increase of 37.5%, rising from Rs 3.4 crore.
Unicommerce’s shares concluded trading on Thursday at Rs 91.36, giving the company a market valuation of approximately Rs 1,031 crore.
