E-commerce Platform Unicommerce Reports Q4 FY26 Revenue Growth
E-commerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce has announced a growth in revenue during the final quarter of the fiscal year. Following a remarkable 70% year-on-year increase in Q3 FY26, Unicommerce reported a modest rise of 13.9% in revenue for Q4 FY26.
Financial Performance Overview
The revenue from operations for Unicommerce reached Rs 51.6 crore in Q4 FY26, an improvement from Rs 45.3 crore reported in Q3 FY25, based on its financial statement obtained from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). When factoring in other undisclosed sources of income, the total income for Q4 FY26 surged to Rs 52.8 crore.
Annual Revenue Insights
For the entire fiscal year, Unicommerce’s operating revenue increased to Rs 204.3 crore, a significant rise from Rs 134.8 crore recorded in FY25. This upward trend reflects the company’s solid position within the e-commerce landscape.
Expense Analysis
Examining the expenses, employee benefits saw a rise of 22.3%, reaching Rs 19.2 crore in Q4 FY26. Other costs, including server hosting, depreciation, finance charges, and various overheads, combined to elevate the total expenses to Rs 46.9 crore for Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 41.5 crore in Q4 FY25.
Profit Overview
Despite the increase in expenses, the profits for the Gurugram-based company were stable at Rs 3.4 crore in Q4 FY26. However, for the full fiscal year, the company’s bottom line experienced a growth of 15.9%, climbing to Rs 20.4 crore in FY26 as opposed to Rs 17.6 crore in FY25.

At the close of the trading session, Unicommerce’s share price stood at Rs 109, translating to a total market capitalization of Rs 1,225 crore, equivalent to approximately $133 million.
