Urban Company Q4 FY26 Results

Urban Company has unveiled its Q4 FY26 results, highlighting a remarkable 43% increase in revenue year-on-year, although losses have surged to Rs 99.86 crore. This information is derived from their quarterly financial results, which show that Urban Company’s revenue from operations reached Rs 425.56 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 298.45 crore in the same period last year, as detailed in the unaudited financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Revenue Breakdown

The India Consumer Services sector (not including InstaHelp) has remained the primary driver of revenue, comprising 68% of total operating revenue. The revenue from this segment increased by more than 26%, totaling Rs 288.47 crore for the quarter.

Performance of Native Brands and International Business

Urban Company’s Native brands segment witnessed more than 75% growth in revenue, achieving Rs 70.22 crore in Q4 FY26, up from Rs 40 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Furthermore, the company’s international operations also showed impressive growth, climbing by 89% and contributing Rs 57.93 crore.

InstaHelp’s Initial Revenue and Losses

The newly introduced quick-service housekeeping arm, InstaHelp, generated its first revenue of Rs 8.94 crore during the quarter, but simultaneously recorded a loss of Rs 118.73 crore within this segment.

Overall Income from Non-Operating Sources

In addition, Urban Company earned Rs 36.74 crore from non-operating income sources during the quarter, bringing its total overall income to Rs 462.3 crore. Updates on the company’s performance will follow shortly.
