InstaHelp Achieves 100,000 Daily Delivered Orders
InstaHelp has reached a remarkable milestone of 100,000 delivered orders in just one day, demonstrating significant progress in the housekeeping services market. This achievement occurred on August 2 at 5:54 PM, only five months after the service surpassed the 50,000 daily bookings milestone. The total for that day is likely to be even higher, reflecting peak delivery rates.
The company stated that this impressive figure underscores their commitment to enhancing customer retention, maintaining service quality, and ensuring the availability of service professionals to facilitate steady growth. Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO and co-founder of Urban Company, expressed that achieving 100,000 daily delivered orders in such a short time highlights the increasing consumer demand for InstaHelp and the robustness of the operational framework established. He emphasised the importance of unit economics and long-term value, noting that as they expand, metrics such as Net Transaction Value and contribution per order are vital indicators of the business’s health.
InstaHelp’s Growth Performance
The announcement follows Urban Company’s report on its Q1 FY27 results. During this quarter, InstaHelp processed 3.82 million orders, representing a 43% increase from the 2.67 million orders in Q4 FY26. Moreover, the adjusted EBITDA loss per order improved from Rs 447 in the previous quarter to Rs 346.
Launch and Service Overview
InstaHelp was introduced as a pilot in Mumbai back in March 2025. The platform is designed to offer a variety of housekeeping services, including cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and meal preparation, with professionals available within 10 to 15 minutes of booking. Currently, InstaHelp operates in selected micro markets within major metropolitan areas.
Recent Milestones and Competitor Landscape
Earlier this year, InstaHelp achieved the milestone of 50,000 daily bookings, less than a year post-launch. The company reported that the platform accomplished over 1 million monthly bookings in March, with three days remaining in the month. According to a recent report by Moneycontrol, InstaHelp completed around 1.9 million orders in July, reclaiming its leadership position in the instant home services sector. In comparison, competitor Snabbit facilitated approximately 1.85 million orders, while Pronto surpassed 1.25 million bookings.
