Financial Performance Overview

According to the consolidated unaudited financial statements obtained from the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Veranda’s revenue from operations climbed to Rs 99 crore in Q3 FY25, a rise from Rs 92 crore in Q3 FY24. This highlights Veranda’s ability to grow its revenue even as it navigates financial challenges.

Year-to-Date Results

In the first nine months of FY25, Veranda reported a total revenue of Rs 357 crore, alongside a notable loss of Rs 258 crore. These figures offer a broader context regarding the company’s financial landscape as it continues to scale its operations within the competitive Edtech market.
