Xovian Aerospace Secures $2 Million in Strategic Investment
Xovian Aerospace, a pioneering startup in satellite RF intelligence, has successfully secured $2 million in a strategic investment round led by Ashish Kacholia. The company, based in Bengaluru, previously obtained $2.5 million in a pre-seed round in August last year, orchestrated by Piper Serica and TurboStart, with participation from Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Eaglewings Ventures.
The new funding will be allocated towards the development of satellite technology, expansion of engineering and AI teams, as well as enhancement of commercial partnerships, as highlighted in a recent press release.
Founded in 2019 by Ankit Bhateja and Raghav Sharma, Xovian Aerospace is focused on creating AI-driven RF satellite infrastructure. The innovative platform captures and processes radio frequency signals from space, generating real-time actionable intelligence.

Xovian Aerospace provides predictive insights across multiple sectors, including climate, defence, aviation, maritime, and infrastructure. Unlike traditional satellite systems that depend solely on optical data, their RF-centric approach can identify hidden or covert activities by translating dynamic signals into intelligence ready for decision-making.
Addressing Geopolitical and Climate Challenges
In light of increasing climate unpredictability and geopolitical tensions, Xovian Aerospace seeks to overcome the limitations of conventional satellite systems by exploiting the underutilised RF spectrum. Their platform adeptly merges GEOINT and SIGINT to deliver real-time situational awareness, asset monitoring, and predictive insights, catering to governments, businesses, and humanitarian organisations.
