Zenalyst: AI Platform for Enterprise Execution Secures Rs 3 Crore Funding
Zenalyst, a prominent agentic AI platform for enterprise execution, has successfully raised Rs 3 crore (approximately $300K) in a pre-seed funding round through Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs). This funding round included participation from various angel and corporate investors, including SKIL Cabs Private Limited, GERP Technologies Private Limited, Anurag Jain, Manish Kumar Jeloka, Pratap Padode, Siddarth Razdan, and P H Corp. Notably, there were no institutional investors involved in this round.
The newly acquired capital is earmarked to reinforce the ZenForce platform and broaden its AI agent library across treasury, procurement, and legal workflows, as stated by the Bengaluru-based company in a press statement.

Founded in 2025 by a team comprising Nagendra Singh, Sanketh Krishnappa, and Vijay Jha, Zenalyst aims to deliver an AI platform for enterprise execution. The ZenForce platform is tailored to manage enterprise workflows in various fields, including finance, procurement, and legal operations.
Specialised AI Agents
Zenalyst offers a variety of specialised AI agents. For instance, ZenBank is designed for enterprise money operations, ZenProcure focuses on procurement, and ZenLegal caters to contract intelligence. According to Zenalyst, its platform integrates with over 150 enterprise systems across ERP, CRM, and banking.
Client Collaborations
Among its clientele, Zenalyst has acquired notable names such as Sattva Group, the Blackstone-invested Knowledge Realty Trust REIT, Bharat Biotech, Puravankara, and Skill Travels. The company’s deployments predominantly target sectors including real estate, infrastructure, EPC, pharmaceuticals, and travel.
Technological Impact
Zenalyst claims that its advanced technology has minimised manual effort by as much as 90% across selected workflows. Furthermore, some deployments have garnered payback periods of less than 12 months. Currently, the company boasts a sales pipeline valued at approximately $1 million.
AI Finance Workforce
Previously, in October 2025, Zenalyst launched its AI Finance Workforce aimed at simplifying corporate finance functions. This platform integrates data from various systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRMS, offering finance teams automated analysis and decision-making support.
Expansion Efforts
By January 2026, Zenalyst had engaged with publicly listed real estate developers as clients as part of its strategic expansion into asset-heavy sectors. The product suite at that time included ZenBank, ZenBook, ZenForce, and ZenPay, addressing areas like treasury, financial analysis, monitoring, and payables.

Zenalyst is headquartered in Bengaluru, with additional operational offices in Delaware and Chicago in the United States. The company currently employs a team of over 40 professionals.
