Zomint Secures Rs 36 Crore for Wealth Management Enhancement
Wealth management startup Zomint has successfully raised Rs 36 crore (approximately $3.75 million) in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners. This funding will be utilised to expand its wealth management and investment teams, improve its technology platform, and develop its investor education ecosystem. Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal and Shavir Bansal, Zomint provides wealth management services primarily targeted at working professionals and families. Investors have the option to commence investments with a monthly SIP of Rs 25,000 or a one-time investment of Rs 5 lakh.
Zomint assigns each family a dedicated wealth expert responsible for monitoring their investments and financial aspirations. This expert is equipped with investment research and AI tools that consolidate portfolio data, previous conversations, and research insights, highlighting areas requiring attention and tracking agreed actions.
The company boasts a client retention rate of 97% since its inception, even amidst market fluctuations. An impressive one in three clients has opted for additional investments via the platform within three months of their initial engagement. Relationship managers at Zomint currently cater to over 250 families each, supported by investment specialists and AI technology.
Zomint has gained its clients entirely through organic content, leveraging the founders’ financial content platform Bekifaayati, which has amassed more than 5 million subscribers.
