BlackBuck Reports Impressive Growth in Q4 FY26

Bengaluru-based online trucking platform BlackBuck has disclosed its Q4 FY26 results, showcasing a remarkable 52% year-on-year revenue growth. The company reported a profit of Rs 66 crore for the quarter. According to unaudited financial statements obtained from the National Stock Exchange (NSE), BlackBuck’s revenue from operations escalated to Rs 185 crore in Q4 FY26, a rise from Rs 122 crore in Q4 FY25.

Annual Revenue Growth and Key Contributions

In the full fiscal year concluding in March 2026, BlackBuck’s operating revenue improved by 52.7%, reaching Rs 652 crore in FY26, up from Rs 427 crore in FY25. The services provided by truck operators accounted for 99% of the total operating revenue, which surged 52.5% to Rs 183.5 crore compared to Rs 120.4 crore in the corresponding quarter the previous year. The remainder of the operating revenue stemmed from the lending business.

Overall Financial Overview

When considering other income, the total income of the company climbed to Rs 200 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 137 crore in Q4 FY25. Conversely, BlackBuck’s total expenses experienced a significant increase of 67.5% year-on-year, amounting to Rs 159.2 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 95.1 crore in Q4 FY25. Notably, employee benefit expenses constituted the largest portion of costs, rising by 23.9% to Rs 40.8 crore during the quarter.

Profits and Stakeholder Changes

BlackBuck secured a profit of Rs 66 crore in Q4 FY26. For the entire fiscal year concluding in March 2026, profit numbers reached Rs 160 crore, contrasting with a loss of Rs 38 crore reported in FY25. During this quarter, the company’s chairman and CEO, Rajesh Kumar Naidu Yabaji, also divested 20 lakh shares in a deal valued at Rs 135 crore, lowering his stake from 11.81% to 10.7% of the company’s total equity.

Current Market Valuation

As of 3.30 PM, BlackBuck’s share price was recorded at Rs 532.45, reflecting a company valuation of Rs 9597 crore.
