Dell and Alienware have unveiled the Alienware 16 Aurora in India. This gaming laptop is crafted for gamers who crave a combination of power and portability. The Alienware 16 Aurora is equipped with the latest Intel Core Series 2 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, with configurations offering up to an Intel Core 7 CPU and an NVIDIA RTX 5060 GPU.

Reimagining the Aurora Product Family

The Aurora signifies Alienware’s inaugural laptop within the Aurora product line, which was previously linked solely to desktops. Raj Kumar Rishi, Vice President and Managing Director for Consumer & Small Business at Dell Technologies India, remarked that the Alienware 16 Aurora redefines the extraordinary power of their desktops within a sleek, portable form factor. He emphasised that its timing for launch during Prime Day illustrates the company’s trust in the product’s innovative capabilities and performance.

In terms of aesthetics, the laptop boasts a minimalist design with an anodised aluminium lid, a magnesium alloy frame, and a new Interstellar Indigo colour option. It also features user-upgradeable DDR5 RAM slots, PCIe Gen 4 SSDs, and incorporates advanced functionalities such as Wi-Fi 7, Dolby Audio, and a 16-inch WQXGA 120Hz display with ComfortView Plus, ideal for extended use.

Atul Mehta, Senior Director and General Manager for the India Consumer Channel at Dell Technologies, mentioned that the launch signifies the company’s ongoing commitment to an omnichannel strategy. The Alienware 16 Aurora is priced starting at ₹1,29,990. It will initially be available exclusively during Amazon’s Prime Day sale from July 12 to 14, 2025, before becoming more widely available from July 17 via Dell’s official website, Dell Exclusive Stores, and major retail chains including Croma, Reliance Retail, and Vijay Sales.
