For mobile users of JioHotstar, the cost will now be Rs 79 per month. Quarterly and annual subscriptions will cost Rs 149 and Rs 499, respectively. This new tier will include advertisements, and users seeking access to Hollywood content will need to pay an additional fee starting at Rs 49 per month.
Super Plan Features
The Super plan allows for simultaneous login on two devices and is priced starting at Rs 149 per month. However, the costs for quarterly and annual subscriptions have been adjusted to Rs 349 and Rs 1,099, reflecting a 22% increase from previous prices of Rs 299 and Rs 899. This plan also includes advertisements, but users will not need to purchase the Hollywood pack separately.
Premium Plan Overview
The premium plan supports up to four devices at once and will start at Rs 299 per month. Prices for the quarterly and annual options have risen to Rs 699 and Rs 2,199, marking an approximate 47% increase when rounded.
Assurance for Existing Subscribers
JioHotstar has confirmed that current subscribers will maintain their existing rates without any alterations, and their plans will renew automatically once the validity period concludes.
