Samsung’s AI-Connected Living Appliances at CES 2026
Samsung Electronics is set to unveil its new collection for CES 2026, showcasing a range of AI-Connected Living appliances. The event is scheduled from 6th to 9th January in Las Vegas and will highlight various home appliances that integrate advanced technology with high-performance artificial intelligence to enhance everyday living.
Smarter Fabric Care
A major attraction will be the upgraded Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, which includes several enhancements since its initial launch in 2024. This model boasts a “Super Speed” cycle that employs high-pressure spray for quicker detergent absorption and rinsing. It features a new “Booster Heat Exchanger” to improve drying effectiveness, along with the “Auto Open Door+” function that encourages internal air circulation to prevent damp laundry from developing any undesirable odours.
To accommodate various budgets, Samsung is launching two screen options: the original 7-inch LCD and a more budget-friendly 2.8-inch option. The laundry unit works in synergy with the latest Bespoke AI AirDresser, which focuses on hygiene and wrinkle minimization. The AirDresser’s “Auto Wrinkle Care” system utilises dual jets of steam and air to refresh garments, reportedly eliminating 99.9% of specific viruses and bacteria.
Intelligent Climate Control
Samsung will also introduce the Bespoke AI WindFree Pro Air Conditioner. This updated model has progressed from a single blade design to three, offering seven different wind modes, including “Max Wind” for quick cooling and “Long Reach Wind” for broader air distribution. The system employs radar-based AI to ascertain user locations in a room, automatically directing airflow to enhance comfort. Furthermore, an “AI Energy Mode” monitors typical usage patterns and external conditions to cut energy consumption by up to 30%.
Advanced Floor Cleaning
In terms of home cleaning solutions, the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra robot vacuum will be exhibited. Powered by a Qualcomm Dragonwing processor, this vacuum utilises deep learning to identify humans, pets, and obstacles like cables. Its standout “AI Liquid Recognition” feature enables it to detect spills and choose whether to clean or bypass them based on individual preferences. Additionally, its “Easy Pass Wheel” technology allows it to ascend thresholds up to 2.4 inches high.
Jeong Seung Moon, the EVP and Head of R&D for Digital Appliances at Samsung, indicated that these innovations were conceived by marrying customer feedback with the extensive research and development capabilities of the company. Attendees at CES 2026 will have the opportunity to explore the complete line at Samsung’s exhibit in the Wynn Las Vegas.
