Sony India Unveils Festive Offers on BRAVIA Televisions

Sony India is launching festive season promotions across its BRAVIA television range, passing the advantages of recent GST reforms directly to consumers. The effective tax reduction of 7.8% will be fully reflected in product pricing from 22 September 2025.

Discounts on Select BRAVIA Models

The updated pricing will introduce discounts of up to ₹70,000 on specific models. For larger screen categories, customers can anticipate savings of up to ₹70,000 on 85-inch TVs, ₹51,000 on 75-inch models, ₹40,000 on 65-inch screens, and ₹32,000 on 55-inch televisions.

Finance Offers and Additional Benefits

In addition to these price reductions, Sony India is introducing finance and EMI schemes starting at ₹2,995 per month on select models. Other benefits include one EMI waived, instant cashback of up to ₹25,000, and a three-year warranty on certain BRAVIA TVs. A bundled offer that combines BRAVIA televisions with soundbars is also part of this promotion, allowing for potential savings of up to ₹69,990.

Cognitive Intelligence for Enhanced Viewing

Sony’s BRAVIA televisions incorporate the company’s advanced XR processor with Cognitive Intelligence, which actively analyses and optimises images in real time. This technology significantly enhances picture quality and offers a more immersive viewing experience.

Positive Outlook on Festive Demand

Sunil Nayyar, Managing Director of Sony India, stated that the GST reforms will make televisions more accessible to consumers and contribute to the company’s growth. Sony has revised its festive demand forecast to 10% growth, exceeding earlier expectations.

Moreover, Sony plans to intensify its marketing initiatives during Diwali to bolster customer engagement and emphasise the affordability of its premium entertainment products.
