Rohit Kapoor, CEO of Food Delivery at Swiggy, provided an update on LinkedIn regarding the app’s developments, emphasising how users increasingly utilise Crew to optimise both routine errands and exclusive experiences. Crew facilitates securing difficult restaurant reservations, arranging gifts, managing Aadhaar updates, coordinating travel itineraries, planning birthday parties, and handling airport transfers, all aimed at simplifying the hectic lives of urban consumers.
