Tesla Launches Experience Centre in Delhi

Tesla has officially opened its inaugural Experience Centre in Delhi, situated at Worldmark 3 in Aerocity. Covering an impressive 8,200 square feet, this centre offers potential customers the opportunity to experience Tesla’s vehicles and features firsthand before committing to a purchase. This establishment marks Tesla’s second showroom in India, following the debut of its centre in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) last month.

Strategic Location and Facilities

The Aerocity location has been chosen strategically, being in close proximity to Indira Gandhi International Airport and various embassies, paralleling the upscale positioning of the Mumbai site. In conjunction with the showroom, Tesla has also installed four V4 Superchargers at this location. This setup allows electric vehicle owners to charge their cars using Tesla’s rapid charging technology directly on-site.

Expansion of Service Network

During the inauguration, Tesla officials highlighted plans to broaden their service network across India. The strategy involves introducing Mobile Service for minor home repairs, remote diagnostics for software-related issues, dedicated service centres, and collaborations with Tesla-approved third-party collision repair facilities. Additionally, the company aims to implement three more Superchargers in the Delhi-NCR area, including one at the DLF Horizon Centre.

Current Offerings: Model Y

At present, Tesla features a single model in India, the Model Y. The pricing starts at ₹59.89 lakh (ex-showroom) for the rear-wheel drive variant, while the Long Range RWD version is available for ₹67.89 lakh. Deliveries are projected to commence in Q3 2025. The standard model comes with a Stealth Grey exterior and black interior without additional charges, whereas other exterior colours range from ₹95,000 to ₹1.85 lakh. A white interior option can be availed for an extra ₹95,000.

The Model Y is presently available for purchase and registration in Delhi, Gurugram, and Mumbai.
