Stellar Revenue Performance

The revenue from operations for Bombay Shaving Company soared by 139%, reaching Rs 635 crore in FY26, a notable rise from Rs 266 crore in FY25. This information is derived from its consolidated financial report filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).

Meanwhile, revenue generated from 100Days doubled, reaching Rs 48 crore in FY26. Additionally, the company generated Rs 6 crore from interest income, resulting in a total revenue of Rs 641 crore for FY26.

Expenditure and Operating Costs

Aligned with its sales escalation, the largest operational cost was the materials consumed, which escalated by 2.8X to Rs 370 crore in FY26. To enhance sales and improve brand visibility, the firm allocated 24% of its total expenses towards advertising and promotional initiatives, which saw a 55% increase to Rs 158 crore during the previous fiscal year.

Financial Health Indicators

The Gurugram-based company successfully reduced its net loss by 85%, bringing it down to Rs 9 crore in FY26 from Rs 58 crore in FY25. Importantly, the company achieved an adjusted EBITDA (excluding ESOP costs) of Rs 2 crore for FY26. The ROCE and EBITDA margin were recorded at -5.2% and -0.79% respectively. This funding round was led by Sixth Sense Ventures, featuring contributions from founder and CEO Shantanu Deshpande, Patni Family Office, GII, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and former Indian cricketer Rahul Dravid. This financial boost is significant as the company prepares for a potential initial public offering (IPO).
