Investors enjoyed a solid gain on the first day of trading, as the shares were priced at Rs 131 on the NSE and Rs 130 on the BSE.

Shiprocket’s IPO Details

Shiprocket set its IPO price band between Rs 92 and Rs 97 per share. The public issue, valued at Rs 1,617 crore, was available for subscription from August 12 to August 14 and attracted robust interest from various investor categories. This issue comprised a fresh issue of shares together with an offer for sale (OFS) from existing shareholders. Initially, Shiprocket aimed for a larger IPO of approximately Rs 2,342 crore but subsequently reduced this to Rs 1,617 crore.

Additionally, the employee portion received a subscription rate of 55 times.
